I am a generational trauma mentor, speaker and writer, offering a gentle space for healing, awareness and returning to self.
My work was born through lived experience and the journey of understanding emotional patterns. Through mentoring and conversation, I hope to help others gently explore their own path toward healing.
For many years, I lived a life shaped by experiences and patterns I did not fully understand.
Like many people, I carried wounds that had been quietly passed through generations. Some were visible, while others remained hidden beneath the surface, influencing my relationships, my choices, and the way I viewed myself and the world around me.
For a very long time, I believed that this was simply who I was. It wasn't until I began looking more deeply at my own experiences, my family history, and the emotional patterns that seemed to repeat themselves that a different picture started to emerge.
What followed was not a quick fix or a straight path.
It was a journey through awareness, healing, self-discovery, and ultimately a return to myself. There were times when the process felt confusing and overwhelming. At moments I questioned everything I thought I knew. Yet it was through those challenges that I began to understand the profound impact that childhood experiences, inherited behaviours, and unspoken family wounds can have upon our lives.
My memoir, The Search for the Holy Grail Within, was written from this lived experience. It is not a book of instruction, nor is it written from a place of perfection. Rather, it is an honest account of one person's journey through survival, awareness, healing, and transformation.
Today, my passion is to support others who may be navigating similar experiences. Through mentoring, conversation, and shared understanding, I hope to provide a compassionate space where people can explore their own stories, reconnect with their authentic selves, and discover that change is possible.
If my story helps even one person feel less alone in their journey, then sharing it has been worthwhile.

I am not here to fix you, but to walk alongside you as you find your way back to a sense of safety and calm.
Through speaking and mentoring, I offer a steady presence while we listen to what your lineage is trying to say. We will move slowly, honoring your pace and your history. There is so much hope in simply being seen. Together, we can begin to weave a new, peaceful story for you and those who come after you.
